To maintain a consistent and professional brand presence, all Rymco team members are expected to follow the below dress code guidelines when representing Cricket Wireless.
Cricket-Branded Shirts must be worn at all times while on the sales floor. Shirts must be from the Cricket Couture line.
Cricket-Branded Outerwear (jackets, sweaters, etc.) is required when layering.
Name Badges must be worn using an approved Cricket lanyard and must be clearly visible. No handwritten name tags are allowed.
Appearance must be clean, neat, and professional.
Arrive fully dressed in Cricket Couture (shirt, badge, lanyard).
Do not begin your shift unless fully compliant with uniform standards.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Non-Cricket branded tops or outerwear
Faded, wrinkled, altered, or stained apparel
Shorts, sweatpants, or athletic wear
Skirts shorter than 4 inches above the knee
Excessively tight or baggy clothing
Flip flops, slides, slippers, barefoot-style shoes
Hats or accessories not part of the Cricket brand
Offensive or inappropriate graphics, language, or symbols
Closed-toe shoes required.
Footwear must be clean, appropriate for retail, and provide a professional appearance.
Failure to comply with this dress code will result in the following:
First offense: Verbal warning and correction before shift starts
Repeated offenses: Documentation and possible disciplinary action
On designated dates (e.g., marketing campaigns or special promotions), Rymco may require coordinated attire across the market. DMs will communicate these ahead of time.
Dress code exempltions require the approval of HR.
